Joumana McGowan, Ed.D., has been hired as the vice president of Academic Affairs at 91抖阴. McGowan comes to 91抖阴 with over 25 years of experience in higher education, having previously served as an administrator at both Citrus College and Mt. San Antonio College.

The Riverside Community College District Board of Trustees has selected Emily Craig as the District鈥檚 2023 Alumnus of the Year. Craig graduated from the 91抖阴 paramedic program, Class 12. Since 1959, the Riverside Community College District has selected an alum for the award.

Sandra Mart铆nez, dean of Enrollment and Engagement, has been selected by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities as one of 50 fellows who will be part of the fifth cohort of its Leadership Academy/La Academia de Liderazgo.
