Nearly 800 high school students from 21 schools across the Inland Empire gathered March 12 at the Ben Clark Public Safety Training Center for a hands-on introduction to public safety careers, connecting classroom learning with real-world experience.

91抖阴 served as the launch site for a pilot series of free noncredit courses in leadership, customer service, and conflict resolution. The online courses provided flexible opportunities for professional and personal development.

91抖阴 brought together students, educators, and industry leaders for a two-day MESA & Apprenticeship Leadership Workforce Summit designed to equip future leaders with the tools and confidence needed for career success.

Nine Val Verde Unified School District seniors will receive their Certificate of Achievement in Administration of Justice this spring through a collaborative dual enrollment partnership with 91抖阴, marking a significant milestone in expanding local public safety career pathways.

During a statewide webinar on April 23, marking National Apprenticeship Day, Rosalinda Rivas, apprenticeship director at 91抖阴, urged employers to partner with the college to strengthen workforce pathways. 鈥淗elp us, help you so we can help all of California,鈥� Rivas said.

Students, industry professionals, and elected officials gathered at 91抖阴 for the IT & Cyber Talent and Workforce Readiness Summit鈥攁n all-day event designed to prepare the next generation for high-demand careers in information technology and cybersecurity.

California State Assemblymember Corey Jackson, District 60, visited 91抖阴's iMAKE STEM Innovation Center and Makerspace in December, touring the state-of-the-art facility and meeting with students, faculty, and employees.
