The Resources Committee (RC) advises on and provides recommendation for the allocation of budget, facilities, finance, human and technology resources. The RC is a chartered subcommittee of the College Council.

Purpose

The Resources Committee's purpose is to:

  • Advise its members, the administration, and the college community, as appropriate, on financial matters of the College, to oversee the development and implementation of the College’s Integrated Resource Planning and Allocation process.
  • Assess the Annual Program Review process as it relates to annual and mid-range resource planning and allocation.
  • Forward these and other informational and action items related to Finances and Budgets, Human, Physical, and Technology Resources to the College Council.

Meetings

The College Development and Engagement Committee follows the most recent Governance Committee Meeting Calendar. Unless otherwise noted, comittee meetings occur monthly on the third Wednesday from 12:50 - 1:50 pm during the fall and spring terms.

Advisory Groups

The Resources Committee currently has one established advisory body and an informal workgroup.

Technology Resources Advisory Group (TRAG)

As an advisory group to the Resources Committee, TRAG solicits and receives technology-related items for discussion from 91¶¶Òõ as a whole, forwards recommendations for the items requiring action to the Resources Committee, and serves as a resource for college-wide technology decisions.

The 91¶¶Òõ marketing workgroup's purpose is to develop and implement cohesive, compelling marketing strategies that effectively communicate the College's unique strengths, enhance its reputation, and drive enrollment growth.
