The Safety Workgroup advises and promotes policies and initiatives that promote the health, wellbeing and physical safety for 91¶¶Òõ students, employees and visitors.

Purpose

The 91¶¶Òõ Safety Workgroup’s purpose is to develop and maintain a healthy and safe learning environment for the students, faculty, staff, and visitors. As a problem-solving group, they will help identify promote and maintain issues that address security, health and safety concerns and take appropriate actions. They will uphold their moral responsibility and make recommendations to office’s, committee’s or council’s in order to maintain safe conditions ergo supporting the College's strategic planning goals.

Meetings

The Safety Working Group meets quarterly at a minimum, with two major meeting groups: the Safety Workgroup and the Building and Floor Captains meeting.

Meetings are open to all members of the College community. Subject matter experts are regularly invited to discuss topics as needed. If you're interested in getting involved in 91¶¶Òõ's campus safety and emergency procedures, simply attend. Regular attendees include:
